The Palau Chamber of Commerce has been working with a small group of local artists involved in creating traditional handicrafts, unique Palauan souvenirs, as well as other great art work. As a continuation of the COVID19 Relief Efforts with various UN agencies, Palau Chamber of Commerce has stood by these artists and even invited new members to join this effort of showcasing locally produce products.
In the past, PCOC has teamed up with the Belau National Museum and the GEF6 Biodiversity Project to promote locally made products by local artists at the annual Local Product Showcase in 2021 and 2022. This year, the group will also prepare for the 3rd Annual Local Product Showcase in December.
